About Us

Procedo Foundation was founded in 2009 by three International Relations students from the University of Birmingham whilst teaching HIV/Aids awareness workshops in Gujarat State, India.

Through effective partnerships with local stakeholders, Procedo Foundation seeks to support rural development in this area by providing sustainable solutions to poor sanitation and educational facilities and a lack of welfare.

Procedo Foundation is a registered charity.

 

Karakhadi Village Project

Procedo's main project is based in the village of Karakhadi, Gujarat.

The first phase of the project is to construct a sanitation and drainage system in the village, vastly improving sanitation and reducing disease in the community.

The next phase involves the prorvision of improved education and training facilities and healthcare camps to improve quality of life and opportunites in the community.

Procedo works collaboratively with our Indian NGO partner [Kanak's Aacademy of Human Resource] and other stakeholders to use our energy, ideas and skills to provide project planing, dedicated fundrasing and stong project leadership for the Karakhadi Project.
